My client was charged with Aggravated Assault Class B after a family fight. Aggravated Assault carries a potential 10-year prison sentence. After months of litigation, the State agreed to dismiss the felony in exchange for a plea to Disorderly Conduct for small fine. Outstanding result for my client.
