My client was in a motor vehicle that was stopped for a littering violation. After over an hour on the road my client was arrested after Troopers attempted to force a K9 search of his person. Ultimately, drugs were found after my client was illegally detained, arrested and searched. I filed a Motion To Suppress and after two hearings the Judge agreed. The search was found to be illegal and the case was dismissed!
