My client was charged with Aggravated Trafficking after a motor vehicle stop revealed that he was allegedly transporting a large amount of drugs. After reviewing the evidence, I believed that the motor vehicle stop was unconstitutional and that there were deliberate misstatements in the Officer's report. The State dismissed the case prior to the Hearing on my Motion to Suppress.
