My client was charged with Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person. Extensive legal research led me to believe that the prohibited person charge was improper. Ultimately, the Felony Reckless Conduct charge and prohibited person charge were dismissed.
