After a two-day protection order hearing the Judge found in favor of my client and denied the Plaintiff's request for a protection order. If we had lost the hearing, it would have had a huge impact on my client's ongoing custody case. This was a contentious hearing and the other side was well-represented. Fortunately, through hard work and preparation, we were able to prevail.
