My client was charged with Night Hunting and potentially facing 3 days in jail and a suspension of his hunting license.  I challenged aspects of the State's case and the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the more serious charge for a plea to a lesser offense that didn't involve jail or a suspension of my client's right to hunt.
