My client was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking. I moved to suppress the search and arrest based upon an unconstitutional prolonged roadside stop. The video made clear that law enforcement was engaged in what was essentially a fishing expedition that had nothing to do with my client. The Aggravated Trafficking was dismissed and my client plead guilty to only possession.
