My client was charged with OUI and received a notice for administrative suspension from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. After reviewing the case, I determined that the officer did not follow the proper protocol in administering the intoxilyzer test. After hearing, the Hearings Officer agreed and my client's suspension was rescinded.
