Felony DV Assault Dismissed Prior to Trial

My client was charged with a Felony Domestic Violence Assault. He maintained his innocense throughout the case. The State made multiply plea offers but it appeared we were definitely going to trial. Just before jury selection was to be scheduled the prosecutor informed me that the State would be dismissing the case.
